Shipping Policy
At PerfectMyGolf, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
UK Delivery
- FREE standard delivery is available on all orders over £125 to UK Mainland addresses.
- Please note that free delivery does not apply to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or the Scottish Islands. Additional shipping charges may apply for these locations and will be calculated at checkout where applicable.
Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–4 working days of receiving your order. During particularly busy periods, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer, but we will always endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Tracked Delivery
Most orders are dispatched using a tracked delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery's progress.
International Shipping
We ship to a wide range of international destinations.
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, UK VAT will automatically be removed from eligible products at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to local import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Your parcel may be held by customs and will not be released for delivery until any applicable taxes and duties have been paid. If charges are due, the courier will contact you directly with details of the amount payable and instructions on how to make payment. Delays caused by customs clearance or the non-payment of duties and taxes are beyond our control.
If applicable duties and taxes remain unpaid, the parcel may be returned to us by the courier or customs authorities. Once the returned items have been received and inspected, we will process a refund for the value of the goods less the original shipping charges and any return shipping costs or fees incurred. Please note that refunds cannot be issued until the goods have been safely returned to us.
As customs regulations vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you are unsure what charges may apply.
