All you need to start resistance training. The Fitness Cord 120cm is supplied with a handle on either end and is available in a variety of strengths. For instructors, we have the economical 20m length which can be cut to the required size. T Handles can be added to the cut length of Fitness Cord to provide an exact length. Ideal for circuit classes where participants are of a differing height and may require a longer or shorter length. A low cost alternative to the bands and much more versatile. Available in various strengths.

Green - Level 2 - Medium (Excellent start to exercises)
Blue - Level 3 - Strong (The most popular all rounder)
Black - Level 4 - Extra Heavy (Late stage rehab)
